Job Description:
You would be the head of department in charge of 7-8 med tech from Singapore and Malaysia, more managing than blood analysis. In charge of day to day operation.
You will lead the department in establishing cutting-edge genetic technology in today’s healthcare environment. You will also spearhead and manage the laboratory to deliver excellent laboratory service and quality results. You are expected to strategically plan and develop the service to achieve business targets and superior clinical performance.
Requirements:
You must possess at least a Master’s Degree or PhD in Genetics or FHGSA in Cytogenetics with at least an MHGSA in Clinical Cytogenetics or equivalent. You should have at least 5 years of experience (preferably 8 years) in clinical cytogenetic, including at least 1 year’s experience in reporting (to be able to sign off reports). Excellent analytical, organizational and leadership skills are essential.
