Does anyone have data on expected growth in cancer cytogenetic studies? We are interested in data on both chromosome analysis and FISH.

Sometimes AGT asks for sample data from various institutions across the US so may be they have data from the previous years.  But I can tell you from M.D Anderson Cancer Center, not only have there been an increase in every aspects in cytogenetic testing, the biggest increases comes from FISH (31%).  That is mainly due to pedi panels, CLL algorithms.  In addition, we have also seen an increase in tissue FISH, i.e. c-met, EGFR testing.
