| Does anyone have data on expected growth in cancer cytogenetic studies? We are interested in data on both chromosome analysis and FISH.

| Sometimes AGT asks for sample data from various institutions across the US so may be they have data from the previous years. But I can tell you from M.D Anderson Cancer Center, not only have there been an increase in every aspects in cytogenetic testing, the biggest increases comes from FISH (31%). That is mainly due to pedi panels, CLL algorithms. In addition, we have also seen an increase in tissue FISH, i.e. c-met, EGFR testing.
